revivaderm.com processes orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 2:00PM CST Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
revivaderm.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via UPS 2nd Day* for a standard charge of $8.00. UPS delivers Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and 2 days for shipping.

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an item, contact through email from Monday through Friday to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days.
Only items purchased on revivaderm.com can be returned to revivaderm.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
